Ground spice is milled to order rather than held in stock, so mesh size, colour value and heat level are set by you. Because powder cannot be judged by eye, every ground consignment ships with a laboratory report covering microbiological and residue limits on that lot, and third-party inspection applies to ground exactly as it does to whole. Other spices are sourced on enquiry — send the specification and the destination and we will confirm what we can meet before we quote.
A merchant exporter's job is to find the lot that matches the order, not to sell whatever came off the line. That is the whole basis on which we work.
Grade, cleaning level, moisture and admixture tolerances, sterilisation treatment, mesh size for ground spice, bag weight, marking and private labelling are yours to define. We restate them in writing and attach them to the proforma invoice before anything moves.
We buy from processing units and grower networks across Gujarat and the neighbouring spice-growing states, including the cumin belt around Unjha, roughly 100 km from our office. Buying from more than one source is what lets us match a spec rather than negotiate a buyer down to what is available.
If a specification cannot be met — a residue limit, a sterilisation method, a delivery window — we say so at the enquiry stage. We would rather lose the order than ship something close to it and argue afterwards.
We are a young firm and we do not pretend otherwise. Every number below sits on a public register and can be checked before you reply to us.
Ports of loading: Mundra and Kandla, Gujarat. All payments are received through banking channels against documents.
Four commitments. The same ones on a first email and on a tenth shipment.
Grade, packing, marking, tolerances and delivery terms are agreed in writing and attached to the proforma invoice. Nothing is left to be settled later.
Pre-shipment samples on every first order. Third-party inspection at your nominated agency, at your option, before the container is sealed.
Irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or advance telegraphic transfer, for a first order. Said at the quotation stage rather than at the end.
Founder and Managing Partner
Pricing, terms and shipment decisions sit with me directly, so a quotation or an amendment comes back the same working day instead of waiting on an internal referral. If something goes wrong on a consignment you will hear it from me, and you will hear it early.
